Around 3 months ago, CN had a lifetime hell which is still going on, where you could do special tasks in order to complete this suit:
The event basically worked like this: there's 3 tiers, every tier has tasks for you, you keep doing it until you can get enough currency and exchange the clothing in that tier. The event would go on for 4 months, so there would definitely be some time to finish all the tasks.
I made this post because this might come soon, whether in a few months or years, it wouldn't be easy to get it.
For the first tier, all you have to do by every 7 days is:
Doing you weekly tasks (with 100 activity)
Getting 50 sands in association war
Spend 1500 stamina
Do arena 25 times
Do 15 Dreamweaver requests
Do 5 around the world
Do new starry corridor x1
Enter the competition x1
Get 5 crystals shoes in pavilion
If you're confused, I'll explain everything below, if you're not, then just skip until I'm done explaining.
1. Doing your weekly tasks (with 100 activity)
This is a really easy thing, you can finish this in about a day, so it'll be easy to finish in a week.
As you can see, I've already done 155 activity in one day without using diamonds or anything. If you didn't know how to do this, here's how: Over achievements, there should be "quest", tap on it, then there should be quests to do and buttons saying "go now" where it shows you where to do them.
I personally think it's pretty self explanatory and I don't really need to explain too much how it works.
2. Getting 50 sands in association war
This may not be as easy for you, it really depends on your time zone and whether your association is active or not, here's what to do.
Go on your association and tap on "Style Contest"
There should be a timing when you have to do this, this goes by server time, so remember to come on that time to do this.
Go on "default design" and there will be Momo's tips, then dress your avatar according to Momo's tips or the theme and press "get dressed"
Then, go on "team challenge" and you will get a partner picked for you (be patient, your partner will come soon) and do a styling contest.
There! You should've gotten some sand from that, if you do it 2 times a week (which is the max you can), you should be able to get 50 sands.
3. Spend 1500 stamina
I think this is pretty self explanatory, you just use stamina on maiden stages or princess stages, you should be able to get this done in a week if you log on at least 2 times a day (when the stamina is full again) for 7 days.
It'll also be easier for you if you log on the times where you can claim extra stamina for free. The time's to log on are at 12:00 - 14:00 and 19:00 - 21:00 (server times)
4. Do arena 25 times
Again, this should be pretty self explanatory, it's really just going on arena and doing your 5 free tries everyday. You should be able to finish this in about 5 days.
5. Do 15 Dreamweaver requests
In order to do this, you first need to go on Dreamweaver, then tap on "Institute Quest"
Then, this should pop up, then just press "submit" if you have those items and if you don't, then just quickly go get them (from the store for example).
There, you've done 3 today!! :)
No need to spend on this because you'll be done this in 5 days if you do it daily.
6. Do 5 around the world
This is pretty simple and easy, first tap on "around the world"
Then, there should be a map, click on one of the nations and pick a city (sorry I'm already in a spot rn, so I can't add pics)
After that, go on "choose spot"
This should show up, instead of using your diamonds to buy a ticket though, tap on "wander about"
It should lead you to a random place and you've traveled!! Staying in a spot usually lasts for 1-2 days, so you'd have to wait that long before doing this again.
You should be able to do this in 7 days if you do this daily.
7. Do new starry corridor x1
I wouldn't worry about this, because this is a feature in the Chinese server and isn't yet in the English server. When it does come out, I'm sure they'd explain it to us, so just ignore this for now.
If you're still curious, it's basically posting on starry corridor, so it won't be hard to do this.
8. Enter the competition x1
This should also be pretty easy, just go on "competition" and "apply", then just apply an outfit that fits the theme and press "get dressed"
9. Get 5 crystals shoes in pavilion
This is also pretty easy, all you have to do is do pavilion everyday, you get 3 free tries everyday (one on pavilion of fantasy and two on mystery), so you'll get 5 crystal shoes in under a week.
*Remember, you must do this every week of the 4 months
Whew! That was exhausting, that's only part 1 though!!
Now, this part gets really challenging. Unlike most lifetimes, in this lifetime you'll have to spend diamonds! Although it sounds horrible to let them go, this is definitely worth it!!

After all of that hard work, you're finally done the suit!! Now, the recolour comes in....

Unlock special new stages that you can farm for currency. You get 5 free tries a day and can buy 5 extra tries a day. The stages require 6 stamina each.
Use this currency to exchange for parts of the new suit. The pieces are separated into 3 tiers, you have to get all the pieces in the first tier to move on to the second tier and so on.
If you like the recolour better and don't really like the first suit, then just go for the recolour, you don't have to get the first suit to get the recolour!! :D
It's a lot of hard work, but it's worth it, so start grinding now!! :)
